We want you to feel confident shopping with mBr. This policy applies to all purchases made through our store.
RETURNS
Return requests must be made within 5 calendar days of confirmed delivery. Email us at embrstudioshop@gmail.com before sending anything back. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition and packaging, with all tags, accessories, gifts, and included components. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
CHANGE OF MIND OR PERSONAL PREFERENCE
If the item matches its listing but you change your mind or do not like its style, fit, color, material, texture, quality, appearance, or feel, you are responsible for the return-shipping costs.
Original and expedited shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Please use a trackable return service and keep your shipping receipt. If we provide a return label for a preference-based return, the label cost may be deducted from your refund where permitted by law.
PRODUCT IMAGES AND MINOR VARIATIONS
We make every reasonable effort to display our products accurately. However, the actual product may look slightly different from the images shown online because of lighting, photography, screen settings, manufacturing batches, and natural material variations.
Minor differences in color, texture, stitching, placement, finish, or measurements are not considered defects. Returns based only on these minor differences will be treated as change-of-mind returns.
This does not apply when a product is substantially different from its description or images.
DAMAGED, INCORRECT, INCOMPLETE, OR MATERIALLY DIFFERENT ORDERS
Please report visible damage, an incorrect item, or a missing advertised component within 24 hours of delivery whenever reasonably possible.
Include clear photographs of the item, packaging, shipping label, and everything received. Reports submitted later may be harder to verify and will be reviewed individually.
After verification, we may replace the item, send the missing component at no cost, provide a prepaid return label, issue an appropriate refund, or offer another remedy permitted by law.
A product that is substantially different from its listing will not be treated as a minor variation.
INCORRECT ADDRESS, UNCLAIMED, OR UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Contact us immediately if your address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has shipped.
If an order is lost, returned, delayed, or left unclaimed because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or failed to collect the package, we are not responsible for replacing or refunding the order.
If the package is returned to us, the customer may request reshipment and will be responsible for the new shipping cost.
If a refund is approved, original shipping charges and any carrier return fees may be deducted where permitted by law.
This does not apply when the delivery problem was caused by our error or when applicable law requires a different remedy.
REFUNDS
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after an approved return has been received and inspected.
Items returned used, worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or missing original components may be denied a refund or receive a reduced refund where permitted by law.
Bank processing times may vary after a refund has been issued.
FINAL-SALE ITEMS
Gift cards, personalized products, hygiene-sensitive products, and items clearly marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or applicable law requires otherwise.
